Full Disclosure
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This Full Disclosure explains, plainly and in one place, how Liorah.ai works, what it does and does not promise, and the commercial relationships involved in operating the platform. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Liorah Is a Platform, Not a Professional Service Provider
Liorah provides software tools, templates, educational content, and workflows to help you launch and grow a business. Liorah is not a law firm, CPA or accounting firm, tax preparer, registered agent, insurance agency, financial adviser, or government agency. No attorney-client, accountant-client, or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Services.
Where Liorah presents legal, tax, or accounting information (for example, business-formation guidance, state resources, or estimated tax figures), that information is general in nature, may not reflect the most current law, may not fit your specific facts, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified licensed professional in your jurisdiction. Always verify requirements with the relevant state agency and your own licensed advisors.
Business rules — including filing fees, tax rates, and licensing requirements — vary by state and change frequently. Liorah's guidance is tailored using the questionnaire you complete and information gathered from public online sources, which may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Liorah is not responsible for any incorrect data pulled from online sources (such as state tax rates), and it is fully your responsibility to review and adjust anything to your specific situation. Before acting on any state-specific guidance, confirm with a licensed CPA in your state whether adjustments are needed for your specific use case.
2. No Earnings or Results Guarantees
Nothing in the Services guarantees any business outcome. References to revenue figures, savings, growth, timelines, or success stories are illustrative or based on specific individual circumstances and are not typical, average, or promised results. Your results depend on factors entirely outside Liorah's control, including your effort, market conditions, competition, pricing, and execution. Liorah makes no representation or warranty that use of the Services will result in income, profitability, business formation success, or any other outcome.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
Several features use artificial-intelligence models to draft content (such as copy, captions, proposals, checklists, and analyses). AI output is generated from statistical patterns, may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or generic, and may occasionally contain errors or fabrications. Liorah does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated output. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, editing, and taking responsibility for anything AI-assisted that you rely on or publish, including any required disclosures to your own audience about AI use.
4. Third-Party Commercial Relationships
Liorah's operations involve independent third parties whose terms and actions we do not control:
Payments. Subscription, credit-pack, and merchandise payments are processed by third-party processors such as Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are governed by the processor's policies.
Merchandise and fulfillment. Merch orders may be fulfilled by print-on-demand providers such as Printify. Product availability, print quality, shipping times, and returns are subject to those providers' terms and capacities; production and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Domains and DNS. Custom-domain lookups, registrations, and connections rely on third-party registrars and DNS providers. Availability results shown in the platform are informational checks and are not a reservation or guarantee.
CPA Partner Program. The Liorah CPA Partner Program introduces users to independent tax and accounting professionals. Those CPAs are not employees, agents, or partners of Liorah; Liorah does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any professional's work, licensure, pricing, or outcomes, and any engagement you form with a CPA is solely between you and that professional.
5. Published Websites Are Your Responsibility
Websites you publish through Liorah are your own business properties. You are solely responsible for their content, claims, products, pricing, order fulfillment, customer service, and compliance with all laws applicable to you — including consumer-protection, advertising, e-commerce, accessibility, data-privacy, and tax rules. Liorah provides hosting and tooling only and is not a party to your sales or bookings, does not hold funds on your behalf, and is not liable for your products, services, or customer disputes.
6. Affiliate, Referral, and Marketing Disclosures
Liorah offers tools for you to run your own affiliate and referral programs. If you operate such a program, you are responsible for any disclosures your jurisdiction requires (for example, clearly disclosing to your audience that you may earn compensation on referred purchases). Where Liorah itself may earn compensation from a third-party arrangement, we will identify that within the relevant feature. Testimonials and reviews appearing in the Services reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of your results.
7. Data, Privacy, and Communications
Your account data is stored by Liorah to operate the Services, and certain integrations (such as connected email or calendar accounts) access only the information you authorize when connecting them. Campaign and notification emails are sent to contacts you supply or that are registered with the platform, subject to anti-spam controls and volume limits. Do not use the Services to send unsolicited bulk email. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your own contacts and for including required notices in your own campaigns.
8. Forward-Looking Statements and Product Changes
Marketing materials, roadmaps, and feature descriptions may contain forward-looking statements about planned capabilities. Planned features may change, be delayed, or never ship, and statements about future capabilities are not commitments. Features vary by plan tier and region, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.
9. Trademarks and Branding
"Liorah" and related marks, logos, and site design are the property of Liorah.ai and may not be used without permission, except that we may display your published site with an attribution ("Powered by Liorah") and legal links in the footer as part of the Services. All third-party names and marks referenced in the Services belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement unless stated.
